Customer experience consists of many factors, the design of which in accordance with the expectations of consumers or users is not always so obvious. It is a creative thinking method that focuses on solving problems often in unconventional ways.  The process itself consists of 5 stages, which, contrary to appearances, are not linear, but assume a step back method in order to improve the solution.

Stage #1: Empathizing
